Temp-to-Hire Employment

• Temp-to-Hire employees are hired specifically for a TKO Staffing client

• Temporary assignments can range from 30 to 180 days

• After completing the temporary assignment full-time employment will be offered to the employee by TKO Staffing’s client

Direct Hire Employment

• Direct hire employees are recruited by TKO but offered full-time employment by TKO Staffing’s client
